Catalus has made several dozen real estate bridge loans and continues to deploy capital into the strategy. The portfolio is broadly diversified by geography, borrower, and property type, including residential and commercial. The portfolio consists of secured loans and preferred equity with an average Loan-to-Cost of 75%, Loan-to-Value of 64%, and double digit yield.
Catalus is able to generate a double digit return on very conservative loans due to their individual size being smaller than typically suitable for institutional lenders.
